Job Full Description
A Wayland manufacturer is looking for a 1st and 2nd shift Spot Welder to join their team. You will be welding and reworking the imperfections of parts coming off the robotic welder. You will earn an additional $2hr for just working your scheduled hours without being late or leaving early. Extra PTO available for perfect attendance, along with weekly and monthly bonuses.
Hand Welder Details:
- MIG welding imperfections from the robotic welders
Hand Welder Qualifications:
- MIG welding experience required
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Location: Wayland, MI
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $19-21/hr with a $2hr attendance bonus
