Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut and shape metal components with precision

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
-
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and conformance to specifications

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For:
- Previous machine operating/metal fabrication experience required

Previous experience operating a CNC or laser cutting machine is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read technical drawings and measurements

Reliable, punctual, and committed to learning and growth

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
