Job Full Description

Express Employment Brighton/Howell is assisting a client in Holly, MI for an experience Order Entry Specialist. This is not an entry level position and this is a contract to hire role. This position is responsible for processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specification.

1st shift, Monday to Friday.
Pay rate - $20/hr

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • International Order Entry
  • Accurately input customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments including sales, supply chain, and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is up to date.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Good understanding of all accounting procedures and practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
