Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire

Pay: $19-$22/hr, +$2 shift premium
Shift: 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities:

• Expertly weld small, medium, and large parts using various techniques.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on product development.
• Work with the Quality team to meet strict quality standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments for production success.
• Maintain a clean and organized welding area, completing 5S objectives.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret weld and build prints.
• Experience using pneumatic and battery-powered tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
• High school diploma or GED required.
