Parts Specialist – 1st Shift

Pay: $20-$25/hr, based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier customer service and technical support. This role involves quoting and ordering repair parts, scheduling services, and maintaining detailed records to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Quote and process repair part orders.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical individuals.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical CAD drawings is a plus.
