Summary:
We are looking for an Experienced Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. Understand LEAN manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Supervise up to 15 people
- Manage and motivate team on day shift
- Monitor production and act as a "shirt sleeve" supervisor
- Help quality with record keeping and planning
- Production supervision outside of an automotive environment
- Work schedule 40-60 hours per week depending on work load
- Manage and motivate team on day shift

- Help quality with record keeping
- This is a hybrid between desk job and in plant job
- Meet production quota's with quality product
- Knowing the products. Keep people safe
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 06:00am m- 04:00pm (to 05:00pm/06:00pm depending on work load).
