We have partnered with a local business offering residents a superior living experience with a wide rand of desirable features.
Summary:
We are looking for a Property Maintenance Technician. Show up on time and every day. Ability to use hand tools, knowledge of how to do basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, etc.
Qualifications:
- Installing window frames, sashes, screens, doorframes, doors, screens, siding, floors, roofs, insulation and vinyl and ceramic tile, exterior finishes and trims
- Digging trenches, running wiring, installing switches and breakers, pipes and conduit. Installing pipes, pumps, valves, controls and pump drains
- Grounds keeping in the am, get started on unit maintenance
- If there is an emergency - all hands on deck
- Work with the other maintenance team to turn over apartments and up keep
- Okay working in an urban community
- Handy with tools, previous experience in field is a plus but not needed they will train
Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm
