Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Lansing is looking to fill immediate Electrical Fields Service Technician position. Qualified candidate will be working for the world's leading designer and builder of extrusion blow molding machines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance and customer training.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components using various hand tools and instruments.
- Completing detailed field service reports for management and customers.
- Traveling to USA and internation locations (50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support.
- Supporting company's products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in blow molding or related fields
- Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally
