Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Flat Rock, MI
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st shift 6am- 2:30pm Monday- Friday
Pay: $16
About US: A second chance quality inspection company. They work within the automotive industry to ensure standards are being maintained.
Job Summary: Their role would be to oversee a team of sorters each day.
Key Responsibilities:
· Speaking with customers, gathering information about customer needs.
· Train sorters on how to perform sorts
· Auditing work during the shift and inputting
· Additionally, should be comfortable with entering information into Windows Excel and outlook.
