We are currently hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for our Shelby Township, Orion, and New Baltimore locations. Candidates will be responsible for repairing breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment including CNC mill and lathe machines, production robots, forklifts, and general facility maintenance. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings are available.

Job Duties:
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing all aspects of industrial production equipment maintenance such as CNC machine repair (both mechanical and electrical), automation upkeep, general building repairs, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
- Perform electrical and CNC machine repairs and mechanical alignments
- Perform repairs on both production and non-production equipment such as broaches, grinders, polishers, etc.
- Maintain and repair support equipment such as conveyors, elevators, and blenders.
- Complete regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Move and install machinery and automation components as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, electrical wiring, and general mechanical repair.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues.
- Must comply with safety regulations and practice safe working habits.
- 2+ years of experience working in an industrial maintenance role (preferred).
- 2+ years CNC machine repair experience (preferred).
- Experience with pumps (diaphragm and centrifugal), and servo drives (e.g. gearbox, belts, chain, hydraulic components, couplings, air motors, bearings, shafts, nuts, bolts, taps, and dies).
- Electrical experience: High voltage 460 volt 3 phase circuits, motor controls, low voltage, etc.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be available for overtime when needed.
- Must be able to work in a team setting with a diverse group of coworkers.
- Stable work history and ability to come into work for scheduled shifts.
