Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably across industrial, commercial, and residential settings.?
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code manuals.?
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Duties
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for industrial, commercial, and residential clients.?
- Design, install, and service substations, including oil testing, preventive maintenance, power factor analysis and correction, and harmonic distortion analysis.
- Design and install computer-designed lighting systems to meet various illumination needs, including conducting lighting analysis and implementing "Green Light" programs as recommended by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
- Participate in design and build projects, update and remodel projects, and specialty lighting projects.
