Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines, particularly CNC Grinders. This role is critical in ensuring that our precision machining operations run smoothly by minimizing downtime and optimizing machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines, with a focus on CNC Grinders.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Conduct routine inspections and document machine performance to prevent unexpected failures.

Work with operators and production teams to identify and resolve machine issues efficiently.

Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.

Maintain maintenance logs and update records on all serviced equipment.

Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new CNC machines as needed.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for parts and external maintenance support.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of CNC maintenance experience, with a strong background in CNC Grinders.

Education: Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.

Experience working with PLCs and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
