Customer Service Representative - $22-23/hr
Express Employment Livonia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for their client in Plymouth, MI. This is a full time, long term position with an established engineering and manufacturing firm.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the commercial interface with customers.
- Resolve problems with price, packaging, credit, shipping, claims and delivery.
- Managing day to day responsibility for customer satisfaction in cooperation with sales teams.
- Process requests for quotes received.
- Update interchanges in the Oracle system.
- Secure customer forecast and processing.
- Secure orders and processing.
- Track sales vs. forecast.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Industrial OE experience and / or Aerospace order entry and account coordination is strongly preferred.
- EDI knowledge highly preferred.
- Experience with export and customs processing/procedures.
- Computer knowledge (Word, Advanced Excel with pivot tables/v-lookups, Outlook).
- Excellent phone skills, customer orientated, must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
