## Duties

- Perform installation tasks including drywall, glass, doors, and fixtures

- Use power tools and equipment to complete installations efficiently

- Conduct carpentry work as needed

- Assemble and build structures according to specifications

- Handle heavy lifting when required

- Ability to work outside in all conditions.

 Skills

- Proficiency in glass installation, heavy lifting, and outdoor work.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a Chauffers license.

- Experience as a carpenter or maintenance person is a plus

- Ability to use power tools effectively and safely

- Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor

- Strong attention to detail in all installation tasks
