PT Assistant Cook
Albert Lea, MN
13 hrs hours per week - rotating schedule
7a-1:30pm
$16.25-$19.01/hour depending on experience
Duties of Cook:
- Present attractive, delicious and varied food for the residents/tenants
- Preparing the days menu
- Labeling and rotating of food items
- Temperature checks and recording of food and equipment
- List food and equipment needed for ordering
- Clean food stations, equipment and appliances
- Follow Recipe guidelines
- May be required to work at another campus, as needed.
Qualifications of Cook:
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Operate all equipment in the dietary area
- Must be Safe Serve Certified or willing to to go through training
- Good customer service attitude
- Prefer experience as a cook at another facility or restaurant
- Ability to bend, stand, swoop, stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and lift 30-50 pounds at a time.
