Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is looking for several Press Brake Set up candidates. You will be operating several Press Brakes, from 20 ton to 500 ton. This is a second shift position working Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 3am. Pay is $20-$25/hr. Enjoy a 3 day weekend!
Duties:
- Set up and operate Press Brake to specifications from blue prints
- Ensure proper setup of tooling, pins and stops
- Troubleshoot irregularities in parts for possible material or tooling issues
- Inspect parts regularly to meet blueprint specifications
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues or contact tooling/supervisor for major issues
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machines and other related equipment to consistently drive efficiency and produce high-quality parts
- Monitoring setup and production time while documenting results
