This position offers a Monday through Thursday dayshift schedule, starting at $21.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate air-powered grinders and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently including gas welder, arc welder, grinder, and metal cutting saw.
- Contribute to a safe and effective fabrication area.
- Use common measuring tools with precision.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
Requirements:
- Possess related technical ability and a solid understanding of production processes and equipment.
- Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems quickly.
- Proficiency with measuring tools and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
