This role offers the perfect blend of independent work and collaboration with a fantastic production team, ensuring every shift is engaging and rewarding. 

 

First and Second shifts are available!

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 1:00 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and inspect tool changes, assemble components, perform flaming and fiber glassing with precision.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ensure all paperwork and procedures are meticulously followed.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Capable of handling parts and materials up to 60 pounds and working long days in a warm environment.
• Experience in production part processes.
• Familiarity with rotational molding and assembly processes and equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
