Entry-Level Laborer
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Entry-Level Laborers for a reputable company in the Deer River, MN area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with an employer that values dedication and reliability.
This day shift position offers an ideal work-life balance with a Monday–Thursday schedule and pay increases after successfully completing 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general labor tasks such as stacking, sorting, and moving lumber
- Operate machinery and equipment safely after training
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
