ON-SITE Front Desk Customer Support Specialist
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Front Desk Customer Support Specialist for a growing company in Superior, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position with day shift hours. If you are looking to join a team in a collaborative, face-to-face environment, this role is perfect for you! The starting wage is $17.00/hour with exceptional room for growth.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of service delivery, working directly with clients to schedule appointments and process online applications.
Your role will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling client appointments
- Responding to inquiries about program eligibility
- Processing on-demand online applications
Please note: This is NOT a remote position. We believe the best service happens in person!
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of consecutive office experience
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- High school diploma (previous call center experience is a plus!)
