Yard Attendant - $18.00/hour
Express Employment is seeking a Yard Attendant in Grand Rapids, MN. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the marina yard, handling boats and equipment, and ensuring a safe environment. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and providing excellent service to customers.
This is a full-time, dayshift position working from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely move and position boats, trailers, and other equipment within the yard.
- Assist customers with boat loading, unloading, and transportation.
- Conduct minor repairs or adjustments under the supervision of the service team.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure boats are properly displayed.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and inspections of boats and dealership equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
