Job Title: Compounding and Mixing Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time Evaluation-to-Hire
Work Schedule: Standard Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
- Operate mixing and blending equipment to produce batches of personal care products.
- Ensure all materials are added in the correct order and at the right temperatures.
- Sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness in the compounding area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Accurately document all batch and mixing data, including lot numbers and timestamps.
- Report any inconsistencies or deviations in materials or processes to supervisors.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and packaging teams to ensure that products meet all specifications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a compounder, mixer, or batch maker in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP and GDP.
- Ability to follow written instructions and measurements precisely.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness; ability to work in a clean environment without jewelry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and measurement skills are required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
