Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals in Chanhassen is currently seeking a Shipper for one of its clients in Chanhassen, MN. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience. We are looking for somebody with experience in shipping, receiving and does include putting together pallets and some heavy lifting. This Shipping position is M-F from either 7am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4pm and the pay is $20-22/hr DOE.
Requirements of the Shipper:
- 1-2 years' experience in shipping and receiving
- Demonstrated experience with shipping/logistics preferred.
- Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for approximately 70% of the time.
- Must have the ability to transport and position devices and boxes from ground to waist level up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and from ground to waist level up to 100 pounds with assistance (as a team) on an occasional basis.
- Previous experience with material handling equipment
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- High attention to detail and organization skills
