Express Employment Professionals in Chanhassen is looking for Assembly Builders for 1st shift. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in Waconia! Work for a stable company with future growth opportunities! Pay is $21 - $27/hr. Outstanding Benefits package! Good work culture!
Job Duties:
- Cut – cut material on table saw or band saw if applicably to meet specifications as needed (must be saw certified to operate saws).
- Build – Build cabinetry and components with team member using all available equipment (drill, nail gun, etc.).
- Build to move ticket specification.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Active member of the natural work team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively.
- Ability to read the move ticket and understand ALL of its contents.
- Must be saw certified (for saw operation if it is required).
- Must have good team work/communication skills
- Must pass Background check

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional Saturday overtime
