Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager/Caretaker to oversee the multiple communities in Minneapolis and Edina, MN. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the community. Responsibilities:
- Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants.
- Process and approve rental applications in accordance with company policies.
- Collect rent payments and conduct bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate necessary repairs and upkeep.
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
- Perform turnover cleaning of vacant units to prepare for new tenants.
- Keep the grounds clean by picking up debris and maintaining a tidy outdoor environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the rental office.
- Vacuum hallways and stairways regularly to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Clean entry doors and window glass to maintain a polished appearance.
- Mop laundry room floors and clean machines for the convenience of residents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Career-oriented team player with a positive and confident attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior experience with Yardi highly preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday and Saturdays: 8 hours shifts
