Express Employment Professionals is helping an Eagan company in their search for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher is the first step in helping customers. This position will answer inbound calls and organize check-in activities. This innovative company is moving fast and is looking for long term employees. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer and driver phone calls
- Schedule customer deliveries
- Create daily delivery routes for drivers
- Communicate with warehouse team to ensure orders are ready as scheduled
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of one year of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or related fields is required
- Previous experience with DOT compliance and driver routing is highly preferred
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday 9am - 5pm
