Location: South Saint Paul
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $27 - $30 per hour (DOE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setup/Operator to join our team. This position requires proficiency in setting up and operating Haas CNC Lathes and Mills, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mastercam, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Haas CNC Lathes and Mills

Optimize machining processes for efficiency and tool longevity

Edit and adjust CNC programs as needed

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Utilize Mastercam to draw parts and make necessary program edits

Ensure all produced parts meet quality and production standards

Perform routine measurements and inspections to maintain compliance

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Collaborate professionally with team members and supervisors

Follow all workplace safety protocols

Assist with general shop maintenance as needed
What we look for:

Proven experience as a CNC Setup/Operator

Proficiency with Haas CNC machines and Mastercam

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to move freely throughout the shop as needed
