- Monday-Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm
- Eval to hire

Responsibilities
- Execute daily production schedule
- Inspect mold for damage/clean and wax mold as necessary
- Clay, tape, and apply proper gel coat to mold
- Measure & cut matt/wood components needed for lamination
- Hand lay, chop, wet trim parts
- Pull completed parts, inspect, and record activities in computer system.
Skills
- High School or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain a clean work environment
- ability to work in a team setting
- ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- American Composites Manufactures Association Tech Certification- preferred (ACMA)
- Lean Manufacturing Certification- preferred.
