- Enter billing for Account Payable
- Answer phones
- Greeting customers
- Order office supplies
- Filing
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic accounting knowledge / experience
- Phone etiquette
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Family Oriented
- People Person
- Detail Oriented
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel in particular
- The ability to sit/stand/rotate, lift up to 40 lbs.
