- Monday- Thursday 6:00 am- 3:00 & Friday’s 6:00 am -12:00 pm
- Evaluation to hire

Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
- Work from drawings, schematics, blueprints to machine parts using machine tools such as turning machines, boring and drilling machines, grinders, and lathes.
- Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers.
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Background Check - Required
- Drug Screen-Not Required
- Proven experience in fabrication and production management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with fabrication equipment and processes.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate ability as a critical thinker with great organization skills, and extreme attention to detail.
- Must be able to handle a loud production setting and temperatures.
- Requires standing 90% of shift.
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting with arms extended.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Average part weighs 5-15 lbs.
