Responsibilities
· Diagnose vehicle issues and identify solutions.
· Perform repairs on various vehicle components.
· Test drive vehicles to ensure they meet all safety standards.
· Maintain accurate repair logs and documentation.
· Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues.
· Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
· Follow industry standards and safety regulations.
Skills
· High school diploma or GED
· Drug screen not required
· Background check not required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 Years Experience
· Technical Skills: ASE certifications in areas such as Engine Repair, Automatic Transmission, Manual Drive Train & Axles, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning, and Engine Performance.
· Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
· Attention to Detail: Precision in performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
· Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
