Responsibilities
· Lead a team of landscapers in daily tasks.
· Plan and execute landscaping projects.
· Ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain equipment and tools.
· Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
· Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Skills
· High school diploma or GED
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping
· Proven ability to lead a team
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
