Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
- Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and other coatings to industrial equipment
- Use spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply paint
- Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain and clean painting equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in industrial or auto painting required
- Ability to operate painting equipment and handle materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
