Sales Manager - Commercial Real Estate

The Sales Manager will oversee and enhance the sales team’s performance through effective coaching, training, and strategy development. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a strong background in commercial real estate sales and a passion for empowering others.  The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to streamline processes and ensure successful deal closures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
