We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:

Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate assistance

Prepare and process quotes and sales orders for CNC-machined plastic parts, fabricated components, and gasket products

Offer product and technical support to customers (don’t worry—we’ll provide training!)

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive follow-up

Collaborate with internal departments—production, engineering, and shipping—to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time

Follow up on outstanding quotes and past orders to help drive ongoing sales and customer engagement

Keep thorough, up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system to ensure continuity and clarity in all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Experience with CRM systems (or a willingness to learn)

Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment is a plus—but not required
