In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our hiring process—from resume review and candidate outreach to onboarding and training new hires. This is a dynamic position that offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Screen resumes and applications through job boards like Indeed

Call and schedule phone screens with qualified candidates

Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit and experience

Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings for the leadership team

Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Assist in training initiatives and orientation for new team members

Handle various HR administrative duties as assigned

Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
