Job Full Description
School Crossing Guards Needed in North Mankato
- 4 shifts available - Mornings or Afternoon or Both
- Providing a safe environment for school age children to cross the street at busy intersections
- Times and locations are flexible based on availability
- Arrival to school shift & post school shift- 1 hour for each shift
- A neon flag & vest are provided by Express to ensure your visibility to traffic
Job Duties
- watch for a gap in traffic, step out into the intersection, make eye contact with the driver's of vehicles, stop in the middle of the intersection with your flag held high, and wave the children across the street once all traffic has stopped and you feel it's safe enough for children to cross. Stay in the middle until all children are off the street and return to your post.
