In this role, you will:
- Assemble various components of boats, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards
- Operate and maintain industrial tools and machinery used in the boat manufacturing process
- Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to construct boats efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve high-quality craftsmanship
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues during the assembly process.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to blueprints and specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and alignment of parts.
- Fabricate and solder components as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Perform machining tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their use in assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and equipment.
- Ability to operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Compensation includes:
- Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
