Every other weekend/holiday

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares quantity meals for patients, staff, visitors, and outside catered meals. 
• Prep and prepare At Your Request meals, High Quality Specials, and retail menu items
• Cleaning, and washing of dishware: pots and pans, cooking utensils
• Clean equipment used in the preparation of meals
• Maintains Haccp ,Production and Inventory logs
