We are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Operator with set-up experience to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision metal parts, while ensuring consistent quality and optimal machine performance.

As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by setting up CNC milling machines, performing machining tasks, and ensuring that production standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

  • CNC Machine Setup & Operation:

    • Set up CNC milling machines for production runs, including selecting proper tooling, materials, and machine parameters based on work orders and engineering drawings.
    • Program, configure, and adjust CNC milling machines to meet specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy.
    • Operate CNC mills to perform machining operations such as drilling, boring, and milling on various metal materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, brass).
    • Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
    • Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify part quality and machine performance.
    • Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to maintain optimal quality.
    • Document production data, including machine settings, quantities, and material usage.
