Job Full Description
We're recruiting candidates for a Plant Operator role at a natural fertilizer company based out of Cannon Falls, MN. This role will be assisting with dehydrating compost until it becomes granulated, operating a skid loader, supervising the equipment, performing basic maintenance and repairs on the equipment, and general clean-up. Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
- **Does require training on 1st shift @ $21/hr. before moving to 3rd shift**
- Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a must
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., and rotate between standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.
