Join Our Team as a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician!

Are you a skilled technician with a knack for troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment? We're looking for someone with expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems to keep our machinery running smoothly.

 

What You'll Do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, including PLC and HMI systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with scheduling and installations.
• Use a variety of tools and materials safely and efficiently.
• Notify appropriate resources for major repairs and assist in the process.
• Work with vendors for machine repairs and parts ordering.
• Document project statuses and tasks in maintenance software.
• Support continuous process improvements and participate in Kaizen events.
• Demonstrate flexibility through cross-training and assisting other departments.
• Perform duties safely and in line with company policies.
• Handle light construction projects and assist with electrical wiring under supervision.
• Perform minor computer setups or repairs with IT assistance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial controls and automation experience.
• 2+ years of Allen-Bradley hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical circuits up to 480VAC and DC circuits up to 24VDC.
• Experience reading schematics and with fabrication using vertical mill, lathe, and welding.
• Mechatronics degree/certification preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Reliable team player with a sense of urgency.
• Forklift and manlift certifications desired.
