Position Overview: Seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator/Production Float. This role is in Lake City MN. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and power tools
- Assemble and package products
- Perform quality assurance checks
- Follow work instructions and blueprints
- Maintain production standards and safety protocols
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of metalworking industry and equipment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
Performance Measures:
- Attendance, quality, productivity, downtime, and safety
