As an Employment Specialist, you'll connect talented associates with local clients, supporting both parties through every step of the hiring process: from the initial interview to the job offer to the day they are hired on as the company's core employee. A Closer Look at the Employment Specialist Role
- Manage multiple client company accounts including:
- Touring client facilities
- Maintaining familiarity with client-based needs and job openings
- Ensuring high-level of satisfaction and retention among clients
- Expanding business and building rapport through the many services our office provides
- Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency
- Recruit and interview associates
- Manage and coach associates, as needed
- Expand client business and build rapport
- Learn and maintain company software database
- Connect with both clients and associates via phone calls, emails, text messages, and in person
- Other duties, as assigned
Background Profile
- High School Diploma/GED
- Software: Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive, Professional Attitude
- Attention to Detail
- Organizational Skills
- Interpersonal Skills, including Written and Verbal Communication
- Ability to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $45,000-$70,000/year
- Includes salary, bonuses, and commission
- Dependent on performance and experience
