HVAC Project Sales Representative (Direct-Hire/Full-Time)
Role Overview: As an HVAC Project Sales Representative, you will be responsible for marketing our company to new clients and developing turnkey solutions, including estimating and proposal presentations for mechanical and plumbing retrofit projects in both residential and commercial markets. Additionally, you will manage existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Estimating:
- Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required estimate contents.

Proposals:
- Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFP responses and industry-specific solutions.

Prospecting:
- Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, and address questions and objections proficiently.
- Understand prospects' needs both technically and financially.

Customer Relations:
- Promptly address customer concerns to ensure problem resolution and maintain long-term positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an HVAC sales role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to prepare financial justifications for solutions.
- Understanding of energy savings and LEED knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in customer relationship development and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain a motor vehicle record that meets company guidelines.
