Job Full Description
Looking for a Collections Specialist Position where you will not have to work nights or Weekends? Our client seeks an experienced Collection (1-2 years experience required) for a busy automotive office where company culture is valued and team members appreciated.
Best candidate will be compassionate, yet confident and take very detailed notes as they learn the role.
Working as a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting customers, ensuring prompt payment from customers, doing telemarketing calls and negotiating with customers to resolve payment issues, using ICD-10 coding and financial software for tracking.
Using your excellent customer service skills you will respond to inquiries and resolve problems quickly.
