Maintenance Technician
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and has a knack for fixing things? Our client is seeking an experienced, skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This position offers the potential for growth within the company.
Position Details:
- Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Location: St. Cloud, MN
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Utilize hand tools and tape measures to perform general maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and buildings.
- Perform tasks such as painting, flooring repair, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- 1-2yers+ experience in a maintenance tech position
- Dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Strong work references.
