Job Full Description
Do you enjoy maintenance? Facilities Maintenance Specialist opportunity for a well rounded maintenance technician with basic carpentry skills and who is familiar with safety
regulations/procedures. Join our local well respected client that takes pride in a great working culture where team members matter!
In this position you will-
- Inspect around buildings, attend to any maintenance issues quickly
- Repair and maintain or replace electrical, HVAC & mechanical systems
- Perform basic carpentry such as repairing doors, windows, walls
- Trouble shoot electrical issues
- Execute scheduled maintenance
- Maintain exterior of the building for landscaping, parking, snow
- Ensure proper disposal of trash
- Maintain inventory
- Track and document maintenance
Hours 7:30-4:30 M-F, this position is Evaluation Hire and includes passing a background check and drug screen. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, able to move around for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions. $21 per hour.
