Facilities Service Technician

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local St. Paul non-profit with filling a Facilities Service Technician role. The Facilities Service Technician will have key duties in assisting in the maintenance, repair, servicing and inspection of key building systems including the HVAC and mechanical equipment, boiler, facilities grounds, furniture, light fixtures and other areas within the building as assigned. This position includes directing other departments in the set up of rooms for special events, administering the automation system including data entry and reporting and track service tickets. This is a diverse role that directly supports all functions of the facilities when it comes to making sure the building is in tip-top condition for visitors and other staff members. What we look for in a Facilities Service Technician:

• Previous maintenance experience and knowledge
• 2 years working in building/facilities maintenance a plus
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical preferred
• Great communication and people skills
