Pay Range: $25-$40/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair a variety of equipment, including small engines, trucks, loaders, and trailers.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical issues (brakes, engines, cooling, hydraulics, etc.).
- Perform troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Fabricate and weld using wire-feed and stick methods.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
- Keep detailed records of work and repairs.
- Communicate effectively and adhere to company policies.
- Demonstrate decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of mechanic experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Own basic tools (specialized tools provided by the company).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent physical movements (standing, bending, twisting, etc.).
- Repetitive use of upper body and hands.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
- Indoor and outdoor work under various weather conditions.
Working Environment
- Primarily shop-based with occasional outdoor work.
- Exposure to dust, oil, noise, and equipment operations.
